Overview The Professional Certificate in Management gives you the practical skills and knowledge to devise and execute management activities and gain management credibility. It also aims to provide a practical insight into the principles and application of management at a tactical level. The syllabus reflects the changing issues and practices within management and includes employers' views of management in today's business environment. Who is it for?

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this qualification you should be able to:
- Understand the functions and fundamentals of management in some depth,
- Know the many different ways of understanding and communicating decision making,
- Understand your organisation's management environment, its many constituent parts, and how they work in concert,
- Apply practical knowledge to day to day management processes.
Entry Level This qualification represents the foundation degree, which means you will need to meet at least one of these criteria:
- Have a minimum of two 'A' Levels,
- Hold any general Bachelors,
- Hold an international baccalaureate,
- OR Experience (2 years minimum) in a junior management role.
